Join us next week for That’s So Gay!

Want to know what’s REALLY Gay? Come and join us for a week of events focused on what it really means to be Queer and Trans!
SC:OUT is hosting a week long event: THAT’S SO GAY! During March 26th - 30th we will be having different events for each day addresses different LGBTQ topics / issues on and off Campus @ UTSC!

Here is a brief Summary of what to look forward to:

Monday, March 26th:
* CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL 6pm -9pm - Remembering queer and trans people we’ve lost to violence and hate.

* SKITTLE NINJAS - Throughout the day there will be various Ninjas handling out free skittles!

* OPEN LOUNGE - The Lounge will be open from 11am untill 5pm, feel free to drop by! There will be refreshments!

Tuesday, March 27th:
* TRANS IS BEAUTIFUL - A social event with special guest speakers. There will be discussion on different topics regarding the Trans community.

Wednesday, March 28th:
* THAT’S SO GAY: TALENT NIGHT - Come enjoy UofT’s talented singers, dancers, poets, and comedians!
Refreshments will be provided and the bar will be open until 10! (Valid ID and T-Card is Mandatory for more details visit the link!)

Thursday, March 29th:
* ALL THE WORKSHOPS - A full day of fabulous workshops that focus on a variety of LGBTQ issues: Anti Trans Phobia, Coming Out, Positive Space, Queering Religion.

Friday, March 30th:
* LGBTQ MOVIE MARATHON -SC:OUT will be playing different movies from 11am - 3pm At the Residential Centre

* LET’S GO TO CHURCH ST - Enjoy a night on the gay town and come out and party with SC:OUT! A QUEER EXCURSION TO THE HAPPIEST PART OF TOWN!
TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED!

Valentine’s Movie Day!

Hey Everybody! Tomorrow we’re having a Valentine Movie Day! We’ll be watching cheesy queer romance movies in Res Centre from 2-6pm! We’ll have free popcorn, snacks, and drinks!

Spoetic Presents: Pleasure Principle: The Official Poetry Slam! In Collaboration with SC:OUT, SCSU, IFreeCan, Guides for Change, and The Fearless Diaspora! The slam will take place Thursday February 16th at Rex’s Den. Doors open at 7pm, show starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are $3 for 1 and $5 for 2!
